Sarajean Rudman is passionate and dedicated to health and wellness for all. She holds an MS in Clinical Nutrition and Integrative Health and a post-baccalaureate diploma in Health and Wellness coaching and is finishing her second Master's of the ARts in Health and Wellness Coaching. Her Western accreditations are integrated with her accomplishments and practice in traditional Eastern arts. She is an E-RYT 500-hour Kripalu-trained Yoga Teacher, Certified Ayurvedic Yoga Teacher, and Ayurvedic Practitioner. Additionally, Sarajean is a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Kickboxing Instructor, Certified Group Exercise Instructor, a hiker, a runner, and the founder of Bala Strong and co-founder of RunYogi.run. When she isn't cooking, blogging, vlogging and jogging, SJ is probably deep in the woods with her pups, Charlie and Jai Jai Ram.
