Coral Brown is a well-known yogini for her position as a Senior Teacher Trainer of Prana Flow Yoga. She is also a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and practices Holistic Counseling.  Coral Brown uses a model that demonstrates an integrated body-mind-spirit approach to mental-health counseling. She draws on her extensive experience in yoga, philosophy, and holistic counseling to provide fertile, open space for the processes of healing and transformation. This year at BYC Coral is teaching Prana Flow Yoga – a Spring-Cleaning class.  The changing of seasons offers an opportunity for you to clear out patterns and habits and reconnect with your authentic self. In this class you will flow in a creative, dynamic method based upon vinyasa krama (stages of evolution). Therefore, this practice is open to yogis of all levels. Within this class, multi-dimensional sequencing will allow us to integrate standing poses, backbends, forward bends, twists and hip openers to open our bodies and minds for the coming of spring.
