Join Kripalu Yoga teacher Coby Kozlowski, who is presenting at BYC for the 2nd time this year, as she leads you through an hour-long moderate yoga class.
This class includes a variety of foundational postures (standing, seated, and on the floor) practiced in the vinyasa, or flow, style and breathing exercises, providing a good workout and deep restoration.
