Grounding Yoga Scripture: Letting Go through Non-Attachment

In yoga we come to understand that even when a posture appears still, there is a movement of energy within and all around the physical body. One constant of the universe is flux. By learning to let go of attachments, we can begin to live a simple happy life. This is easier said then done and why we call this “practice.” Letting go of expectations or judgments of yourself in a yoga posture and releasing self-doubt, can help your energy flow optimally.
