Devarshi Steven Hartman teaches Kripalu Yoga for you at home

Join Burlington Yoga Conference teacher Devarshi Steven Hartman as he leads you through an hour-long moderate/vigorous Kripalu yoga class. This class includes a variety of foundational postures (standing, seated, and on the floor), longer holding, and breathing exercises—including Kripalu Yoga's signature alternate-nostril breath, Anulom Vilom—providing a good workout and deep restoration.
