Bill O’Connor, owner of Hot Yoga Burlington, and Yoga Instructor has something special to offer for yogis who want to practice in the Burlington area.  With the growing popularity of Hot Yoga finding the right kind of class can be challenging.   Hot Yoga Burlington offers a Vinyasa styled flow class that is great for beginners.

Bill’s technique and unique methods of instruction make this invigorating class easy to follow (even for able first timers).  The class starts off in a 95-degree heated room  to help warm and stretch the muscles.  The first 45 minutes are very cardiovascular with flowing movements that lengthen and strengthen the body.  Bill teaches his students a blend of traditional sun salutations, and their variations along with yoga poses, and other exercise modalities.  As Bill navigates his students along their yogic path the mix of eclectic music playing helps students create a rhythm and flow to gain a mind and body connection.

During this physical movement students are benefiting from the perks that Hot Yoga has to offer.  As a result of the high temperature, your cardiovascular system starts to strengthen and release endorphins as you sweat off toxins.  The last 20 minutes of the class are focuses on the seated and lying postures that stretch and reset the muscles and internal organs. The result is that the body reaches ultimate relaxation.  A brief savasana meditation quiets and stills the chatter of the mind and enables deep peace.

In effect, practicing Hot Yoga leads to improved reactions over stressful situations, increased energy, and confidence.  It helps improve health overall and is suitable for all ages, body types and abilities.  So whether you’re a beginner who is part of the gym crowd and you are looking to branch out or a practicing yogi, Bill has a unique fun and energetic class that is loved by those who take his class.  See his web site for more information at www.hotyogaburlingtonvt.com

The class is extremely affordable and is offered at only $14.00 for two people or two classes!  You have nothing to lose!
